Building a new home is not only a major financial investment decision, but one that affects all aspects of your life.
When building your new home, it is of paramount importance that you know your builder. Be sure you select a builder that has experience, reputation and financial soundness. Talk to the builder's clients, past and present. Carefully check the work they have done in the past five years or longer. Make sure the quality is still there.
You may find that more than one builder meets your needs. In that case, select the builder with whom you are the most comfortable, after all, you will be working with your builder through all phases of construction.
When choosing your builder, be sure you are using the same basis for comparison. Expect the very best from your builder, from the double floor construction to the ceramic tile and marble laid in a bed of cement to the all masonry fireplaces.
I urge you to visit one of my homes under construction. See and compare the difference in the master carpentry and the materials being used. I work one-on-one with my clients to achieve a beautiful end product.
I have many plans to choose from, as well as an architect to assist you. Enclosed you will find some examples of the homes I have built.
It would be a pleasure to have the opportunity to discuss the exciting new venture on which you are about to embark. Sincerely, John Gaudes
